Job Overview
This role involves managing inbound and outbound communications with digital leads to promote and sell various insurance products including Health, Motor, Travel, and General Insurance. The advisor will assess customer needs, address their inquiries, and recommend appropriate insurance policies. Success in this position requires converting leads into sales and consistently meeting monthly sales objectives while maintaining detailed call records and adhering to quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls generated from digital leads.
- Clearly explain different insurance products such as Health, Motor, Travel, and General Insurance.
- Identify the specific needs of customers, resolve their queries, and propose suitable insurance options.
- Convert potential customers into policyholders and achieve targeted sales goals on a monthly basis.
- Maintain meticulous records of calls and ensure compliance with company quality standards.
- Provide a high level of customer service to foster an excellent client experience.
