Currently, as KONE Middle East, Turkey & Africa (KMTA) expands its footprint with offices in seven regions, we seek Installers possessing a service-driven mindset to join our teams based in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah to support our growth efforts.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the installation site environment and maintain effective communication with customers regarding daily installation and logistical matters.
• Ensure the safe, timely, and high-quality installation of equipment according to KONE's specified installation procedures.
• Report installation progress regularly to supervisors, addressing shortages or damages by promptly ordering replacement parts.
• Keep installation tools well-maintained, and ensure the secure storage and handling of delivered equipment.
• Coordinate with builders to avoid work disruptions and stay informed about any changes through field letters and the A.M. manual.
• Maintain a safe working environment within installation and storage areas.
• Manage receipt, inspection, and storage of materials effectively.
• Perform installations according to the planned methods and schedules.
• Submit timely reports covering attendance, quality feedback, and warranty claims related to materials.
• Provide continuous feedback to the supply chain for product enhancement.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of an ITI/Vocational Certificate or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Expertise in installation techniques and ability to interpret arrangement drawings.
• Knowledgeable about quality, safety, and environmental regulations.
• A minimum of three years’ experience in installing elevators or escalators in high-rise buildings.
