About the Role
We seek a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to energize new business development through proactive outbound calls, lead generation, and client engagement within the UK market. Collaborating closely with Sales Managers in a regional team, your focus will be on creating new business prospects, nurturing prospective customer relationships, and contributing to regional sales expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business by discovering potential accounts, initiating contact with prospects, and fostering customer relationships while offering detailed product information, explanations, and quotations.
- Confirm marketing-generated leads and convert them into qualified sales opportunities.
- Utilize sales and marketing resources to proactively seek fresh leads.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for inbound leads, sparking interest and engagement in RISCO's product suite and solutions.
- Work closely with Sales Managers to build and maintain a robust regional sales pipeline.
- Assist in coordinating customer meetings, product demonstrations, and training sessions as needed.
- Assess clients' requirements and recommend suitable training programs or solutions.
- Maintain thorough product knowledge of RISCO offerings and stay informed about competitive products and market trends.
- Communicate and promote special events, training, and offers to installer partners through targeted outreach.
- Provide quotes and pricing aligned with company policy, escalating to approvals when necessary.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to suggest improvements, devise offers, conduct competitor analysis, and support marketing and training efforts.
- Follow up with customers to gather feedback, ensure satisfaction, and enhance the value proposition.
- Keep accurate records of all interactions and updates within the CRM system.
- Report customer insights to management and participate in team meetings and company events including roadshows.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in Inside Sales, Outbound Sales, or Account Management roles is essential.
- Strong expertise in inside sales techniques including negotiation, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Comfortable managing a high volume of phone communications daily.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Proficient experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
- Background in the security industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
