About the Role
We are seeking an Innovation Projects Lead to oversee the journey of new product concepts from inception through to successful market launch. Reporting directly to the Senior CMI & Innovation Manager, this role involves managing the entire innovation lifecycle while working in collaboration with teams across Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Commercial departments. Key responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, ensuring compliance with governance procedures, and maintaining alignment among all stakeholders involved in the development process.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and advocate the full innovation process from start to finish.
- Organise and manage timelines for cross-functional innovation initiatives.
- Lead project meetings and cultivate stakeholder involvement and communication.
- Oversee governance documentation, approvals, and artwork processing related to projects.
- Monitor project outcomes and maintain detailed innovation progress reports.
- Contribute to broader innovation and commercial projects as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in coordinating or managing projects or similar roles.
- Excellent organisational capabilities combined with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building talents.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to handle numerous priorities concurrently.
- A proactive approach and dedication to continuous process enhancements.
