Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate and oversee electric injection molding machines throughout production cycles.
- Set, adjust, and monitor critical machine parameters including temperature, pressure, speed, and cycle timings to ensure optimal operation.
- Inspect and verify product attributes such as weight, dimensions, appearance, and overall quality for compliance.
- Detect and report defects, rejects, and any irregularities or malfunctions related to machine or mold function.
- Perform basic machine modifications to sustain steady production quality and output.
- Monitor mold activities, promptly communicating any mold-specific challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of production metrics and rejection rates.
- Ensure cleanliness of machinery and workspace while adhering strictly to safety protocols.
- Collaborate closely with supervisors, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to maintain production targets and quality standards.
- Facilitate efficient shift handovers to support continuous and smooth manufacturing operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience operating electric injection molding machines is required.
- Experience in thin-wall injection molding is desirable but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of injection molding processes and ability to manage key machine parameters effectively.
- Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts as per operational needs.
- Dedication to maintaining high production quality while minimizing product rejection rates.
Eligibility
Applicants must hold at least a graduate degree.
Salary Information
The position offers an annual salary range from ₹250,000 to ₹300,000.
