Job Overview

We are seeking Machine Operators to join an industrial manufacturing company. The role involves managing and operating production machinery, ensuring high-quality output, and adhering to safety protocols in a shift-based work environment located in Jadcherla.

Key Responsibilities

• Control and oversee the functioning of production machines.
• Load raw materials into equipment while following safety standards.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance and detect defects.
• Conduct routine machine adjustments and cleaning tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities.
• Comply with all company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Meet daily production and quality benchmarks consistently.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is preferred; candidates with B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (with one or two backlogs) are also eligible.
• Open to both fresh graduates and candidates with experience.
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including day and night shifts.
• Basic knowledge of machinery operation and production workflows.
• Exhibit good discipline, teamwork orientation, and strong attention to detail.

Additional Information

• Work location is at Jadcherla.
• Salary ranges from ₹18,000 to ₹20,000 per month.
• Shift patterns include day, night, and rotational shifts.
• Experience levels accepted span freshers to over 2 years.
