Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Architect based in Singapore with over 12 years in IT, particularly with significant expertise in infrastructure or enterprise architecture within complex environments.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Lead and develop architecture across hybrid cloud environments, data centers, modern workplaces, enterprise networks, platform engineering, and infrastructure operations.
- Design and manage architecture for scalability, availability, performance, security, recoverability, supportability, and cost efficiency, communicating architectural trade-offs effectively.
- Employ in-depth knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform, virtualization and containerization technologies.
- Implement and understand microservices infrastructure, Kubernetes ecosystems, APIs, DevSecOps integration, site reliability engineering principles, and cloud-native operations models.
- Familiarity with IT security architecture and controls while possessing a broader infrastructure perspective rather than deep cybersecurity specialization.
- Align efforts with ITIL service management frameworks, including managed services, operational readiness, capacity planning, transitions, and ongoing service improvement.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement capabilities through consulting, facilitation, technical documentation, and presentation aimed at influencing senior technical and business leadership.
