Job Overview

The Infra Transformation Associate Director will lead the definition and execution of operations architecture to meet enterprise business goals and technology strategies. This position is responsible for spearheading infrastructure transformation projects spanning cloud and on-premises systems, encompassing architecture design, migration planning, security adherence, and implementation oversight.

Key Duties

• Develop and manage operations architecture to align with company business needs and target performance metrics.
• Lead the formulation and rollout of infrastructure strategies, planning, and transformational initiatives within enterprise environments.
• Conduct thorough assessments and design of cloud infrastructure architectures to support strategic growth.
• Supervise planning and execution of migration programs facilitating cloud adoption and technological shifts.
• Ensure infrastructure solutions maintain scalability, security, resilience, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee infrastructure buildouts and transformations across compute, storage, networking, and platform domains.
• Advocate Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation technologies to enhance deployment consistency and accelerate project deliveries.
• Support enterprise-wide network operations and drive infrastructure modernization.
• Collaborate with cross-sector stakeholders to ensure infrastructure capability alignment with business strategies.
• Maintain compliance with security protocols, governance, and operational standards throughout infrastructure landscapes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Established track record in infrastructure architecture, transformation management, or cloud operations leadership.
• Deep knowledge in infrastructure strategic planning, architectural frameworks, and operational design.
• Experienced in cloud infrastructure assessment, architecture design, and migration planning.
• Understanding of cloud architecture development, transformation practices, and infrastructure security.
• Proficient with Infrastructure as Code methodologies and automation implementation.
• Familiarity with enterprise network operations and contemporary infrastructure delivery models.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities coupled with sound decision-making skills.
