About the Role

Join as an Influencer Marketing Associate based in Delhi, offering a salary up to 60,000 INR. This position requires 2 to 4 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital marketing, ideally within an agency environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and shortlist around 70 to 80 influencers monthly according to campaign goals.
• Develop and sustain professional relationships with influencers, content creators, and talent agencies.
• Work alongside the marketing team to plan and implement influencer marketing initiatives.
• Review influencer engagement and campaign results to refine future marketing efforts.
• Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and new influencer talents to strengthen campaign impact.
• Oversee communication and contractual negotiations with influencers to ensure fruitful collaborations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.
• Experience spanning 2 to 4 years within influencer, social media, or digital marketing sectors, preferably agency-based.
• Possess an established network comprising influencers, creators, talent managers, or agencies.
• Sound knowledge of social media platforms and strategies for digital marketing.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication capabilities.
