Key Responsibilities

• Oversee AI, machine learning, and analytics initiatives end-to-end.
• Create decision science and predictive analytics solutions tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with clients to identify business challenges and opportunities for AI interventions.
• Convert complex business requirements into actionable AI insights.
• Lead and manage teams comprising data scientists and analytics experts.
• Contribute to business development efforts and design innovative AI solutions.
• Deliver presentations of insights and strategic recommendations to senior executives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., mathematics, statistics, engineering).
• At least 7 years' experience in analytics, AI, machine learning, or consulting roles.
• Proven track record managing and delivering data-driven transformation projects.
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and project leadership.
• Familiarity with modern analytics platforms and contemporary methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, AI, or related areas.
• Experience with AI solutions deployed in cloud environments.
• Background in overseeing global teams and distributed delivery.
