Job description
Overview
Writer Business Services Private Limited is hiring for Naaptol in a remote role focusing on inbound and outbound customer service support. The compensation is performance-based with variable pay linked to specific activities.
Compensation Details
- Earn ₹50 for every upsell order completed
- ₹2.50 for each post-sale call handled
- ₹10 per abandoned order managed
- ₹10 for each SCW order processed
- ₹1 per verification call made
- ₹1.40 per NDR call performed
- Inbound order pay: ₹7 per order for Telugu language, ₹12 per order for Kannada language
Expectations and Schedule
Work is remote with availability required between 6:00 AM and midnight. Shifts will rotate within this timeframe.
Requirements
- Proficiency in either Kannada or Telugu language
- Must have own laptop and reliable internet connection
- Good quality headset with microphone for calls
- Basic skills in computer usage
- Strong communication abilities and experience managing customers effectively
