Process Associate - Banking Credit Operations

About the Role

This position involves supporting banking credit back-end operations, focusing on processing credit applications and associated documentation in compliance with banking standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle credit application processing and verify documents related to customer loans.
• Manage data entry, validation, and updates within banking systems.
• Check documentation for completeness and adherence to procedures.
• Coordinate with various internal teams to resolve queries and advance cases.
• Maintain quality benchmarks and fulfill daily productivity goals.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and timely turnaround for processing.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Graduates or postgraduates, preferably graduating between 2021 and 2026.
• Open to freshers or candidates with up to 1 year experience in banking operations, credit processing, loan operations, or back-end support.
• Good familiarity with banking documents and credit workflows.
• Strong precision and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data handling.
• Effective communication and analytical capabilities.

Additional Information

The workplace location is at Bandhan Bank Ltd, Ground Floor, Plot No A-14, Panji Plaza Sanjay Nagar, B Extension, Kalwar Road, Jhotwara, Jaipur 302012.

The normal working hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM; however, during month-end periods, extended shifts are required. Hence, male candidates are preferred for managing these extended timings.
