Role Overview

As a Cake Decorator within our in-store bakery, you will provide friendly and professional service to customers, fulfill special orders, and maintain both self-serve and fresh bakery displays. You will also assist with inventory management and support overall department functions to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service tailored to customer needs.
• Prepare and fulfill special cake orders accurately.
• Maintain and assemble self-serve bakery cases.
• Manage and monitor bakery inventory supplies.
• Engage in continuous professional development opportunities.
• Support other departmental tasks as needed.
• Comply with all company policies and standards diligently.
• Complete administrative duties when required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
• Completion of at least partial high school education.
• A minimum of three months relevant work experience.
