This position is based at an independently owned and operated franchise or affiliate store location.

Role Impact and Responsibilities

• Deliver welcoming and professional customer service tailored to individual needs.
• Assist with bakery administrative duties as directed.
• Prepare a variety of baked goods suitable for customer sale.
• Ensure upkeep and cleanliness of the bakery production workspace.
• Guide and train newly hired bakery team members.
• Strictly follow all company policies and standards relevant to the bakery.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess foundational knowledge of bakery operations.
• Capable of independently managing tasks efficiently in a fast-moving environment.
• Completion of high school education is required.
• At least three months of prior bakery-related experience is necessary.
