Job description

Job Overview and Responsibilities

As an Import Export Clerk, you will play a vital role in coordinating and managing shipment processes in compliance with company procedures and customer requirements. You will be required to handle both inbound and outbound shipments, prepare and maintain important documentation, monitor shipment statuses, and manage billing and payment procedures in line with financial protocols. Tracking container returns and managing associated detentions and demurrage fees will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you will be responsible for job order creation, data entry in operational systems such as Ops Log and NEO, and identifying non-conformities to suggest process improvements.
