ICQA Team Member - W1 Replenishment

Role Overview

Target is seeking an ICQA (Inventory Control and Quality Assurance) Team Member to join their Distribution Center in Hampton, GA. This essential logistics position focuses on ensuring inventory accuracy within warehouse stored locations by auditing and resolving inventory defects promptly and effectively.

Key Duties

• Identify, research, and resolve inventory defects within assigned service level agreements (SLAs).
• Conduct weekly inventory audits and document findings to support root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Utilize lean methodologies, Six Sigma tools, and 5S techniques to maintain cleanliness and facilitate defect documentation.
• Collaborate closely with ICQA leadership and operational teams to communicate audit results and corrective actions.
• Operate powered equipment as required and engage in data entry and analysis using web-based forms and Excel.
• Address inventory inaccuracies disrupting order picking processes to help prevent downstream cancellations.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum two years of experience in warehouse operations, quality control, or similar roles.
• Capability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Physically able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-45 lbs routinely, up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Proficient in reading and understanding product and departmental documents.
• Good verbal and written communication abilities.
• Comfortable working with computer systems and learning web-based ICQA reporting tools such as Smartsheet.
• Skilled at researching and analyzing inventory defects and their root causes.
• Willingness and ability to be trained to operate powered warehouse equipment.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage ranges between $20.82 and $37.45, with additional shift differentials of $2.00 to $3.50 per hour based on eligibility.
