Job Overview
This role requires a comprehensive understanding of Hydraulic Workover Units (HWU), their associated equipment, and operations. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of well control, well configuration, and downhole completion processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage deployment, rig-up, workover operations, and rig-down activities of HWUs.
- Ensure safety measures are strictly followed, including the installation and monitoring of Blowout Preventers (BOP) and wellhead/X-mas tree assemblies.
- Monitor and maintain appropriate snubbing stroke lengths and torque limits during operations.
- Identify and address the types of workover operations feasible with HWU, understanding their limitations.
