About the Role
Across Engitech Pvt. Ltd., based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, invites applications for the role of HVAC Design & Estimation Engineer. This position involves handling HVAC design tasks, conducting heat load calculations, preparing BOQ and cost estimations, as well as drafting technical and commercial proposals related to HVAC projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform heat load calculations for HVAC systems and create layouts, ducting, piping, and schematic drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop BOQs, quantity take-offs, accurate estimations, and prepare project quotations.
- Draft technical datasheets, equipment schedules, and proposal documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with Sales, Design, Purchase, and Project/Site teams to ensure project alignment.
- Support the Sales Team by providing technical assistance for client requirements and proposal development.
- Maintain precision in drawings, BOQs, cost estimations, and technical documentation.
- Deliver assigned tasks within the stipulated deadlines and furnish regular progress reports.
Required Competencies
- Knowledge of HVAC design, heat load calculations, and estimation methods.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of HVAC equipment, ducting, piping, and ventilation systems.
- Experience with BOQ/BOM preparation, quantity take-offs, and costing techniques.
- Strong analytical abilities combined with good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and project specifications.
Eligibility and Qualifications
Applicants should hold a Diploma, B.Tech, or B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering. Fresh graduates possessing robust technical understanding and relevant practical knowledge are welcomed to apply.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary will be structured as per company standards within a range of ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month. Additionally, performance-linked incentives will be offered.
