Human Resources Specialist

About the Role

Workistry, a leading global recruitment networking platform used by over 10 million professionals, is expanding its presence in Jamaica. As a key member of this initiative, the Human Resources Specialist will spearhead recruitment and partnership efforts within the Jamaican market. This position involves active outreach and networking rather than administrative duties, acting as Workistry’s local representative.

Key Duties

• Identify, attract, and integrate top recruiters and hiring managers within Jamaica to join the Workistry platform
• Establish and maintain productive partnerships with corporate clients and recruitment agencies looking for talent solutions
• Create and implement growth strategies to expand Workistry's recruiter network throughout Jamaica
• Manage candidate sourcing, assessment, and alignment with employer needs
• Attend and represent Workistry at relevant job fairs, professional gatherings, and recruitment-related events in Jamaica

Candidate Profile

• Possesses a bachelor's degree
• Holds more than three years of recruitment experience in Jamaica, either in agency or corporate environments
• Maintains a robust network of HR professionals, hiring managers, or recruiters locally
• Shows a strong history of successful candidate placements across various industries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
• Comfortable with digital recruitment tools such as applicant tracking systems and professional networking platforms

Compensation

The annual salary range for this position is from $45,000 to $75,000 in USD.
