As part of its global expansion focus on Qatar, the company seeks a dynamic Human Resources Specialist/Recruiter to spearhead recruitment operations in this market. This position is client-facing and strategic, involving talent identification, relationship building, and network growth within Qatar's recruitment sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and onboard leading recruiters and hiring managers in Qatar onto the Workistry platform
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with corporate clients and recruitment agencies looking to form talent collaborations
• Design and implement growth strategies to expand the recruiter network within Qatar
• Manage the end-to-end candidate sourcing, screening, and matching process for partner organizations
• Represent Workistry at relevant recruitment events, industry gatherings, and professional conferences throughout Qatar

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory
• At least three years of recruiting experience within Qatar, either agency-based or in-house
• Existing well-established network of hiring managers, HR professionals, or recruiters in the local market
• Demonstrated success in placing candidates across various industry sectors
• Strong communication abilities and relationship management skills, fluent in English
• Proficiency with digital recruitment tools such as ATS systems, LinkedIn, and networking applications

Compensation

The annual salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $95,000.
