We are seeking a proactive and well-connected Human Resources Specialist/Recruiter to spearhead our recruitment activities within Saudi Arabia, playing an integral role in expanding our recruiter community and forging strong alliances with premier employers in the region.

Responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and onboard top-tier recruiters and hiring managers in Saudi Arabia to join the Workistry platform.
• Establish and nurture collaborative relationships with corporate clients and recruitment agencies to create mutually beneficial talent partnerships.
• Design and implement a comprehensive growth strategy focused on expanding Workistry's recruiter network in the Saudi Arabian market.
• Perform candidate sourcing, thorough screening, and effective matching for client employers.
• Represent Workistry at key Saudi Arabian recruitment events, professional conferences, and industry networking meetups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of three years recruiting experience within Saudi Arabia, whether in agency settings or internal recruitment roles.
• Established network of hiring managers, HR professionals, or recruiters within the Saudi Arabian market.
• Demonstrated success with placements across diverse industry sectors.
• Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities in English.
• Proficient with digital recruitment tools such as ATS, LinkedIn, and other networking platforms.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this role is between $75,000 and $95,000.
