Role Overview
The Human Resources Manager position is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah, focusing on managing HR functions like recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, compensation, benefits, and employee relations. The role involves developing HR policies aligning with corporate goals and local labor laws, promoting an inclusive and productive workplace culture, coordinating with department heads on workforce planning, managing HR documentation and systems, aiding training and development programs, addressing employee concerns and conflicts, monitoring HR metrics, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting organizational growth and change initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Minimum three years of experience with strong capabilities in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning, particularly supporting sales, service, and clinical departments.
- Expertise in performance management, compensation and benefits, and formulation and execution of HR policies.
- Skilled in managing employee relations, resolving conflicts, and cultivating a compliant and inclusive environment.
- Experience handling HR documentation, HR information systems, and accurate record-keeping of employee data and HR indicators.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws, with preference given to candidates experienced in healthcare or medical technology sectors.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills suited to multicultural teams; English proficiency mandatory, Arabic skills advantageous.
- Demonstrated capacity to operate on-site in Jeddah, work collaboratively across departments, and maintain confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline; professional HR certifications considered an advantage.
