Role Description
This full-time Receptionist position is based onsite at OSAS Medical’s headquarters in Jeddah. The Receptionist will serve as the initial point of contact for visitors and telephone inquiries, greeting guests cordially, managing and directing calls professionally, and handling queries efficiently. Daily duties encompass overseeing front desk operations, keeping the reception area orderly and inviting, organizing and scheduling appointments, and managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Additional responsibilities include performing administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, preparing documents, and collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless office functionality. The Receptionist must consistently provide courteous customer service to clients, partners, and internal staff while adhering to company standards.
Qualifications
- Proven abilities in front desk responsibilities and clerical support, such as appointment coordination and document organization.
- Excellent phone communication skills to handle calls and interact with a broad range of stakeholders clearly and professionally.
- Strong customer service orientation, demonstrating patience, professionalism, and a client-centric attitude.
- Previous experience in receptionist, administrative, or front office roles, preferably within corporate or healthcare environments.
- Familiarity with fundamental computer applications including email, word processing, and spreadsheets; comfortable using office equipment.
- Effective English communication skills; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
- Organizational aptitude with attention to detail, capable of multitasking efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Minimum educational requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent.
