Role Summary
The Human Resources Manager position is based in Jeddah at King Abdulaziz International Airport. This role is integral to the company’s expansion in the region and involves leading comprehensive HR operations, collaborating with business leaders and regional teams, and reinforcing a strong HR function to support growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily HR operations in Jeddah to maintain efficient and professional service delivery.
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to local and regional leadership, providing expert guidance.
- Drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy compliance.
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition for recruitment aligned with business needs.
- Manage payroll processes, attendance records, employee contracts, and HR documentation.
- Ensure adherence to Saudi labor laws and company HR policies.
- Guide managers and employees on HR policy, disciplinary actions, and performance issues.
- Conduct workplace investigations and administer disciplinary and termination procedures per local regulations.
- Maintain strong relationships with government entities including MHRSD, GOSI, Qiwa, Jawazat, Tamheer, and Hadaf.
- Collaborate with Legal, Licensing, and Government Relations teams for employment compliance.
- Monitor Saudization, Nitaqat, visa requirements, and other workforce regulations.
- Respond to urgent HR and employee-related matters as needed.
- Adapt global HR standards to local requirements.
- Identify training and development opportunities, working with learning teams on program delivery.
- Support regional/global HR projects and provide insightful HR reporting to leadership.
- Promote an inclusive, respectful workplace culture fostering diversity and teamwork among a multicultural workforce.
- Supervise HR workflow and provide timely performance feedback.
- Take on other HR-related tasks as directed by the regional HR leadership.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- At least six years of HR experience, ideally in large organizations.
- Proven background as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner.
- Experience in hospitality, especially aviation or airport services, is favored.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Saudi employment laws, HR practices, and government regulations.
- Familiarity with MHRSD, GOSI, Qiwa, Saudization/Nitaqat, Tamheer, Hadaf, Jawazat, and immigration processes.
- Experience managing diverse workforces and collaborating with international stakeholders.
- Balance strategic HR partnership with operational accountability.
- Strong leadership skills and proven ability to build effective teams.
- Self-motivated with adaptability in dynamic environments.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and conflict management skills.
