Role Overview
The Junior Talent Acquisition Executive will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for Plaza Premium Group's Saudi Arabian operations. You will assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding candidates in both hospitality and corporate roles, with a focus on supporting Saudization and workforce localization efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment cycles for hospitality, operational, and corporate positions within KSA.
- Source talent through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and career fairs.
- Evaluate CVs and conduct initial phone interviews to determine candidate fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and candidate records meticulously.
- Support Saudization and Nitaqat objectives to promote local hiring.
- Assist in preparing job offers, contracts, and onboarding documents according to company standards.
- Engage with Saudi government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, and Mudad to ensure compliance.
- Develop and nurture talent pipelines for frequently needed roles.
- Contribute to employer branding activities, including participation in career fairs and university engagement via the Saudi Talent Program.
- Compile recruitment reports and metrics to aid HR leadership in decision-making.
- Ensure recruitment processes adhere strictly to Saudi Labor Law and internal HR policies.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of professional recruitment or talent acquisition experience; hospitality sector knowledge is advantageous.
- General familiarity with Saudi Labor Law and use of governmental employment platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad).
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment technologies.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office suite, especially Excel, for reporting and data management.
- Professional demeanor with a focus on service and stakeholder engagement.
- Capable of operating efficiently in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
Minimum education
Bachelor's Degree
