About the Internship

Join Jarurat Care in a part-time remote internship role dedicated to human resources and recruitment. You will play a vital role in supporting the growth of India\'s largest cancer care community by assisting with recruitment activities, candidate management, HR documentation, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process which includes posting job openings, screening resumes, and shortlisting prospective candidates.
• Coordinate interviews professionally and maintain clear communication with applicants.
• Maintain accurate HR records, tracking systems, and related documentation.
• Provide support in onboarding new interns and volunteers effectively.
• Help keep recruitment and performance tracking sheets updated.
• Support HR team activities related to team engagement and collaboration.
• Participate in making unbiased hiring decisions.
• Handle multiple open positions and interviews simultaneously.
• Collaborate with various teams for assignment evaluations and interview scheduling.

Candidate Requirements

• Students or recent graduates interested in human resources or recruitment.
• Basic proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, or Microsoft Office applications.
• Effective communication skills, both written and spoken English.
• Good organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Passion for working with a social impact organization, especially in healthcare.
• Availability for a 4-month internship starting immediately between 16th September and 21st October 2026.
• Open to women who wish to begin or resume their careers.
