Join The Entrepreneurship Network (TEN) as a Human Resources intern and gain practical experience in recruitment while assisting a vibrant HR team. This internship offers an opportunity to engage in the end-to-end recruitment process and support various HR functions within a dynamic business education community.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the entire recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Support the creation and execution of innovative recruitment methods to attract highly qualified candidates.
- Work alongside hiring managers to accurately assess staffing demands and requirements.
- Handle job advertisement placements across multiple platforms to maintain a robust candidate pool.
- Perform reference and background verifications for prospective employees.
- Help facilitate onboarding and orientation procedures for new hires.
- Provide administrative assistance for various HR projects and initiatives.
