Key Responsibilities
- Help manage the recruitment cycle by posting job vacancies, screening applicants, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Support talent development activities including performance assessments, training sessions, and employee engagement events.
- Assist in onboarding new hires to facilitate their smooth integration into the company.
- Maintain accurate employee files and systematically update HR databases.
- Contribute to various HR projects and provide general assistance to the HR department as required.
- Communicate proficiently in English, supporting clear interactions with employees and stakeholders.
- Undertake additional HR tasks to support team objectives and organizational success.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be available for full-time, on-site internship positions.
- Should be able to commence the internship between 22nd September 2026 and 27th October 2026.
- Required internship duration is 4 months.
- Should possess relevant skills and enthusiasm for Human Resources.
Stipend Details
The internship offers a monthly stipend between ₹14,000 and ₹20,000. This includes a fixed component of ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 and variable incentives ranging from ₹2,000 to ₹5,000.
