About the Role
As a Human Resources Executive at Hilton, you will play a key role in crafting and executing comprehensive human resources strategies aligned with both hotel operations and broader business objectives. This position goes beyond managing the HR team — it involves creating a welcoming atmosphere that enhances employee and guest experiences by embodying hospitality in every interaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for daily human resources operations including recruitment, training, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, labor relations, compliance with policies and regulations, safety protocols, and performance management.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives by organizing recognition programs, special events, and activities that cultivate a positive workplace environment.
- Manage human resources information systems to accurately maintain staff data, monitor transitions such as hiring and separations, keep records of training and disciplinary actions, and prepare analytical reports on workforce metrics.
- Lead and mentor HR team members by overseeing their performance, coaching for development, and fostering a collaborative, productive atmosphere.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possess 3 to 5 years of experience in human resources, ideally within hospitality or customer service sectors.
- Hold a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Be knowledgeable about recruitment processes, employee relations, performance evaluation, and labor law compliance.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills enabling effective interaction across all organizational levels.
- Demonstrate excellent time management abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and skill in managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Competent in the Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Maintain an approachable demeanor, show empathy, and handle confidential matters with discretion.
- Uphold integrity and transparency, adhering to the highest professional and ethical standards.
