Role Overview
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic collaborator for the KSA Retail Operations, ensuring the alignment of HR efforts with business objectives. This role encompasses talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and operational HR responsibilities while ensuring adherence to Saudi Labour Law and supporting Saudization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with business leadership to drive organizational goals and strategic workforce planning.
- Offer HR expertise concerning employee relations, performance monitoring, and policy enforcement.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
- Manage the complete recruitment and onboarding life cycle, ensuring manpower needs are met efficiently.
- Supervise Saudization goals and support localization programs.
- Oversee employee lifecycle events such as onboarding, transfers, promotions, confirmations, and separations.
- Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance, leave, overtime, and final settlements timely and accurately.
- Maintain and update HR records and HRMS with precision.
- Manage performance appraisal processes and succession planning activities.
- Address employee grievances, administer disciplinary procedures, and conduct exit interviews.
- Support learning and professional development initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labour Law and company policies.
- Coordinate with government platforms like Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and Mudad for necessary activities.
- Facilitate visa, Iqama, and employment document management.
- Compile and maintain HR reports and dashboards focusing on headcount, attrition, recruitment, and Saudization metrics.
- Handle administrative responsibilities such as employee accommodation, travel arrangements, and vendor management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline mandatory.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in HR is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience of 5 to 8 years as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner, ideally within the retail sector.
- Comprehensive understanding of Saudi Labour Law and familiarity with governmental HR portals.
