Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused HT Driver – Class 4 to join our Tauranga team. This role thrives within a culture of transparency, mutual respect, and trust.

Key Duties

• Operate delivery vehicles safely across the Hawkes Bay area adhering strictly to road, transport, and workplace health & safety laws and policies.
• Load, transport, and deliver cargo using tail lifts and pallet jacks, ensuring secure and efficient handling of items.
• Complete deliveries and pickups punctually while meeting or exceeding customer expectations and service agreements.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including handling dangerous goods compliance and updating systems as necessary.
• Deliver courteous and professional customer service during all interactions.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and various operational duties as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong dedication to health and safety practices relevant to logistics and transportation.
• Minimum two years of truck driving experience holding a full clean driver's license.
• Possession of a valid Dangerous Goods (DG) licence and previous experience managing regulated freight.
• Demonstrated proficiency with curtain sider trucks, tail lifts, and pallet jacks.
• Excellent professionalism combined with effective communication and time management capabilities.
• A service-oriented approach with a positive representation of the company both on and off the road.
• Physically fit to safely carry out manual handling duties.
• Open to learning, adapting to new skills, and growing within a global logistics environment.
• Clean criminal record free from driving offenses, with readiness to undergo drug and alcohol screening if necessary.
