Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of export documents, including commercial invoices and export declarations, based on client specifications
• Close collaboration with Warehouse and Customer Service teams
• Handling customer complaints and initiating as well as monitoring escalation processes when necessary
• Continuous process improvement to ensure adherence to agreed service levels with customers
• Implementing and overseeing quality management standards, environmental protection measures, and occupational safety regulations

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training as freight forwarding clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk, or equivalent qualification
• Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Proficient with MS Office applications
• Preferably experience with common customs software, especially ATLAS and Zabis
• Excellent communication skills, resilience, flexibility, and team spirit
• Willingness to travel occasionally for training, courses, and client meetings
• Ideally, knowledge of customs, foreign trade, and hazardous goods regulations
