Job Role
Hanux Learning seeks an energetic and responsible HR Executive to oversee complete recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and daily HR functions. The candidate must display strong communication skills, effective candidate management, and solid knowledge of recruitment procedures to handle multiple hiring demands in a dynamic setting.
Training and Shift Details
The selected candidate will undergo a mandatory initial 7-day paid night-shift training to familiarize with the company's operational framework, departmental needs, and internal HR systems. Upon successful completion, they will transition to regular day working hours within the HR department.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Utilize multiple job portals like Naukri, Indeed, Apna, and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
- Create and maintain active job postings across recruitment platforms.
- Screen and evaluate resumes per organizational standards and departmental requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic or video interviews, assessing communication, experience, skills, salary expectations, and job fit.
- Shortlist qualified candidates for subsequent interview rounds with hiring managers.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring timely follow-ups with candidates.
- Manage job offers, joining processes, and pre-employment formalities thoroughly.
- Maintain comprehensive employee and recruitment records, including attendance and HR documentation.
- Prepare official offer and appointment letters and other HR-related paperwork.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand and anticipate staffing needs.
- Maintain a steady recruitment pipeline particularly for frequent vacancies.
- Support activities related to employee engagement, performance tracking, internal communication, and basic grievance resolution.
- Assist management in enforcing HR policies, preparing disciplinary documents, monitoring attendance, and managing employee exits.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.
- Generate regular recruitment and HR reports for management review.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any field; MBA or PGDM in HR is advantageous.
- Prior experience in recruitment or HR operations is preferred.
- Proficiency with job portals and candidate sourcing methods.
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms.
- Solid aptitude in candidate screening and interview techniques.
- Familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets and basic HR documentation.
- Capability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Strong skills in follow-up, coordination, negotiation, and interpersonal relations.
- High degree of professionalism, accountability, and ownership.
- Ability to work independently and meet organizational hiring deadlines.
- Adaptability to a high-energy, target-driven work environment.
Preferred Background
Preference will be given to candidates with recruitment experience in roles such as sales, business development, team leadership, HR, digital marketing, IT/software development, and customer support. Experience within education, training, EdTech, IT, staffing or services sectors would be advantageous.
Minimum education
Bachelor's Degree
