HR Recruiter

Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team in Surat, Gujarat. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes and supporting HR administrative tasks with a focus on sourcing quality candidates and ensuring a smooth hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential candidates for various job openings.
• Publish job adverts on multiple platforms including Apna, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
• Review applications and shortlist candidates based on requirements.
• Conduct preliminary interviews and arrange subsequent rounds.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates about interview schedules, selection updates, and onboarding.
• Keep comprehensive candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to collect detailed hiring needs.
• Follow up regularly with selected applicants until their joining date.
• Manage joining processes and perform basic HR documentation.
• Handle daily recruitment workflows and other HR-related duties.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
• Fundamental understanding of recruitment practices and HR operations.
• Experience with job portals and sourcing candidates is advantageous.
• Capability to manage multiple openings and follow-up activities concurrently.
• Open to fresh graduates who demonstrate effective communication ability.

Compensation and Additional Details

The salary for this position ranges from ₹18,000 to ₹20,000 per month.
