Role Overview
This full-time remote Executive Recruiter position involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process for senior and leadership-level roles. Responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and presenting qualified individuals to clients.
Key Duties
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines.
- Perform targeted market and role-specific research to identify potential candidates.
- Collaborate with clients to understand detailed job requirements and the organizational culture.
- Prepare comprehensive candidate profiles and coordinate interview logistics.
- Assist in offer negotiation and facilitate the closing process.
- Keep accurate records within applicant tracking systems and regularly update stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous enhancement of recruitment methodologies and strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in executive search or senior-level recruitment, with proficiency in sourcing, screening, and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Adept at conducting role-specific and market research including talent mapping and competitor analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate assessment and client management.
- Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems, and ability to work effectively in a remote technology-driven environment.
- Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and ethical conduct in handling sensitive and confidential matters.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple searches and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline, or comparable equivalent recruitment experience.
- Experience in HR consulting or advisory roles across diverse industries is beneficial.
