HR Operation Specialist

Job Overview

We are actively seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist who is proficient in handling HR operations and navigating Saudi governmental systems. This role involves day-to-day employee administration, processing government-related HR transactions, preparing HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with Saudi Labor Law.

Primary Duties

• Oversee daily HR activities and manage employee transaction processes.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Administer employee transfers, visa management, and related procedures.
• Create official HR letters, certificates, and maintain documentation.
• Manage requirements associated with the Mowaamah Program.
• Execute HR transactions via Saudi government platforms.
• Maintain precise and current employee records and related documents.
• Ensure all HR procedures align with Saudi Labor Law and relevant legal regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with employees, management, and government officials as necessary.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Proven background in HR Operations within Saudi Arabia.
• Practical experience working with government HR platforms including Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, Labor Office, among others.
• Thorough understanding of Saudi Labor Law and HR compliance requirements.
• Strong communication abilities coupled with excellent coordination skills.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Professional and polished communication skills.

Ideal applicants are currently engaged in HR positions such as HR Operations Specialist, HR Specialist, HR Officer, Personnel Specialist, Government Relations Specialist, or Employee Relations Specialist, with hands-on experience using Saudi governmental HR systems.
