Job Overview
We are looking for a seasoned HR Manager skilled in handling the unique challenges of the manufacturing sector. This role involves overseeing recruitment, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, ensuring legal compliance, and planning workforce requirements effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage all recruitment activities for various roles within the manufacturing environment.
- Maintain and improve employee relations across all levels of the organization.
- Develop and enforce HR policies in line with company and industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations applicable to manufacturing operations.
- Oversee payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursal.

- Manage HR functions concerning a blue-collar workforce including their specific requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in manufacturing.
- Comprehensive knowledge of labour laws and compliance requirements.
- Experience in payroll management and performance evaluation.
- Strong abilities in managing blue-collar workforce relations and issues.
Remuneration
The monthly salary for this role ranges between INR 35,000 to INR 40,000.
