About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Human Resources Manager to steer our HR functions, foster a positive workplace culture, and oversee the entire employee journey. This position plays a pivotal role in recruitment, maintaining employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing benefits, and driving performance management to facilitate our organization’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies and manage smooth onboarding processes for new employees.
- Act as a reliable consultant to management and employees for resolving workplace conflicts and employee relations challenges.
- Supervise performance management tasks including conducting annual appraisals, ensuring goal alignment, and managing performance improvement plans.
- Ensure strict adherence to local, state, and federal labor regulations while updating and enforcing company policies as necessary.
- Administer employee benefits, oversee leave policy management, and collaborate with management on payroll processing.
- Create and execute learning and development programs aimed at boosting employee engagement and retention.
