Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations / HR Generalist with 2 to 3 years of relevant expertise to efficiently manage comprehensive HR activities. Immediate joining candidates are preferred. The role is on-site and requires in-person interviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee fundamental HR operations such as maintaining employee records, managing attendance, and ensuring compliance.
• Carry out administrative tasks including documentation and office coordination.
• Assist in fostering positive employee relations and implementing basic HR policies.
• Utilize HRMS software with mandatory experience in Keka.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Track attendance and handle compliance-related responsibilities.
• Coordinate recruitment efforts and arrange interview schedules.
• Maintain and verify employee documentation.
• Liaise with external vendors for HR-related services.
• Support initiatives aimed at employee engagement.
• Address daily HR operations and respond to employee inquiries.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• MBA specialized in Human Resources is preferred.
• Possess 2 to 3 years of pertinent experience in HR Operations or a Generalist capacity.
• Only candidates local to Hyderabad are eligible to apply.

Additional Information

The expected salary range for this position is between 300,000 to 400,000 INR annually. The interview will be conducted face-to-face, emphasizing the need for immediate availability.
