The client is a private equity-backed enterprise technology product company operating in the IT sector with a B2B business model and a global footprint across numerous geographies.
Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Compensation & Benefits Manager to join a growing organization headquartered in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with compensation data and collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and senior leadership to influence people and business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, assessment, and ongoing administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Oversee the annual compensation process incorporating planning, budgeting, salary reviews, pay structure modifications, and promotional compensation decisions.
- Lead cost-per-head analytics, including quarterly forecasting, variance analysis, and expenditure tracking jointly with Finance.
- Conduct external market benchmarking and internal equity evaluations to maintain competitive and equitable compensation practices.
- Create and manage sophisticated Excel models, dashboards, and reports to support compensation planning, cost analysis, forecasting, and leadership communications.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in compensation, rewards, or compensation & benefits management.
- Demonstrate robust knowledge of compensation frameworks and practices within India and the US; experience with additional global markets is a distinct plus.
- Exhibit strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and accuracy in handling complex, large datasets.
- Have a sound understanding of employee benefits and eagerness to broaden expertise internationally.
- Possess excellent communication, influencing skills, and ability to foster collaboration across multiple functions and hierarchies.
- Experience in global corporate settings is advantageous.
- A postgraduate degree from a top-tier institution is preferred.
