Role Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire process of offer management, including drafting offers, conducting salary negotiations, securing approvals, preparing documentation, and releasing offers.
• Manage all phases of the employee lifecycle from the initial offer stage, onboarding procedures, confirmation, transfers, promotions, through to employee exits.
• Prepare essential employee documentation such as offer letters and appointment letters.
• Coordinate onboarding activities including joining formalities, creation of employee codes, updates in HRMS, and integrating new employees into the system.
• Liaise with payroll teams regarding attendance, leave records, employee data, and payroll submissions.
• Respond to employee inquiries and deliver comprehensive HR support across various locations and projects.
• Maintain and update employee databases, HR trackers, MIS reports, and personnel records accurately.
• Facilitate performance management processes, contribute to employee engagement strategies, and support various HR initiatives.
• Coordinate and manage exit procedures, including Full & Final settlements.
• Ensure strict compliance with HR policies, organizational processes, and statutory regulations.
