HR Generalist

Role Overview

We are seeking an HR Generalist to oversee and support the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring fair and compliant management of people processes. This role will handle onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, policy maintenance, and related HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate complete onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
• Act as the primary point of contact for all employee inquiries and concerns
• Manage benefits administration, leave tracking, and maintain accurate HRIS records
• Assist in performance evaluation cycles and compensation planning efforts
• Update and uphold HR policies, employee handbooks, and compliance documents
• Collaborate with management on employee relations matters and basic ER cases

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Minimum of 3 years experience in an HR Generalist or People Operations capacity
• Practical experience with HRIS platforms such as BambooHR, Rippling, Workday, or equivalents
• Familiarity with U.S. employment laws at the state level is advantageous
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities
• High level of discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive employee data
• Proactive approach with strong structured problem-solving skills

Compensation

Competitive salary range between $60,000 and $95,000 USD equivalent, plus additional benefits based on experience and qualifications.
