About the Role
A reputed perfume manufacturing firm located in Borivali, Mumbai, is searching for a proactive and skilled Human Resources Executive to enhance their HR team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Address employee concerns, promote engagement activities, and cultivate a positive workplace environment.
- Oversee daily attendance, monitor leaves, and maintain comprehensive employee records.
- Support adherence to labor laws and ensure compliance with factory and office regulations.
- Facilitate the annual performance appraisals as well as probation review procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess between 3 and 7 years of practical experience in core HR functions; experience in manufacturing is preferred.
- Graduation in any discipline is required; specialization in Human Resources is advantageous.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in MS Office applications like Excel and Word.
Compensation and Location
Monthly remuneration ranges between INR 25,000 and INR 40,000. The position is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
