About the Role
The HR Executive position is based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, working within the Human Resources department of Muthoot Finance. This role is primarily focused on recruitment and manpower planning for multiple branches across Gujarat.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment process for frontline staff across assigned branches.
- Oversee onboarding and joining procedures for new hires, ensuring smooth employee integration.
- Verify and complete necessary employee documentation promptly.
- Plan and address HR and manpower requirements spanning eight branches in Gujarat.
- Collaborate with Branch Managers and business teams to ensure timely filling of open vacancies.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate records, and HR management information systems.
- Provide ongoing HR support to employees and business teams for daily operational needs.
- Ensure consistent execution of HR policies and procedures across designated branches.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate degree in any discipline; specialization in Human Resources is advantageous.
- One to four years of experience in HR, with strong emphasis on Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
- Preference for candidates experienced in frontline hiring.
- Residents local to Ahmedabad, Gujarat preferred.
- Demonstrated effective communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proactive approach, willingness to learn, and accountability for assigned tasks.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven work environment.
