Overview
Join North West Alliance (NWA), a 50/50 Joint Venture between Emu Nest and Veolia, as an HR Driver in the Pilbara region of Western Australia (Karratha, Newman, Port Hedland). NWA is a leader in sustainable waste and water management solutions, and in this role, you will contribute to environmentally responsible industrial services while developing your career.
Work Schedule and Location
The position is based onsite with a Monday to Friday roster, with occasional weekend work and opportunity for overtime.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 plus overtime pay
- Penalty rates, meal allowances, and rent allowances provided

Key Responsibilities
- Perform waste and recyclables collection under secure long-term contracts
- Transport various waste streams to designated disposal sites
- Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Develop proficiency in operating a variety of fleet vehicles and equipment
Qualifications and Requirements
- Hold a valid HR heavy vehicle driving licence
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of the local geography
- Possession of Controlled Waste Ticket and forklift licence is highly desirable
- Commitment to safety with a conscientious attitude
- Capability to learn operation of diverse fleet and equipment
- Meticulous attention to paperwork and documentation
