Job description
Role Overview
The HR Analyst will focus on manpower strategy, compensation and benefits planning, HR data analysis, and continuous improvement of HR policies aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze the current manpower inventory to assess skills and staffing needs for short and long-term business objectives.
- Identify major components and financial aspects of HR strategy, including recruitment costs and reward programs, ensuring manpower needs are addressed.
- Create and regularly update organizational charts in line with approved manpower plans.
- Contribute to the development of company-wide HR manpower budgets.
- Support design and implementation of compensation, benefit strategies, and reward systems compatible with organizational aims.
- Recommend improvements to existing benefits schemes and introduce effective compensation practices.
- Develop and maintain wage and salary structures, including pay-for-performance programs, reviewing their effectiveness and controlling costs.
- Monitor competitor and local market benefits to suggest appropriate compensation and rewards packages.
- Prepare reports and proposals relating to HR best practices, delivering solutions based on prevalent HR trends.
- Conduct detailed HR analyses to identify suitable HR planning and organizational development methods.
- Stay updated with latest HR policies, practices, and trends, recommending strategies to support company objectives and growth.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Human Resources, preferably supplemented with an HR professional certification such as CIPD or SHRM.
- 2 to 3 years of comprehensive HR experience, ideally in the Oil & Gas sector or related industries.
- Proficient skills in data analytics for HR applications.
