Role Overview
As an HR Advisor, you will deliver practical and proactive HR support throughout the employee lifecycle. Collaborating closely with managers and senior leaders, you will provide guidance on employee relations, absence management, hiring processes, onboarding, training and development, engagement, and HR policies.
Your responsibilities will include managing employee relations cases, promoting absence reduction strategies, ensuring precise HR record-keeping and reporting, and maintaining compliance with employment laws and company procedures. Additionally, you will assist with recruitment efforts, organize employee engagement activities, contribute to HR projects aimed at improvements, and advocate best practices across the organisation.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar HR Advisor or generalist position.
- Background in manufacturing, factory environments, FMCG, or food production sectors.
- Solid understanding of employment legislation and employee relations processes.
- Possession of a CIPD qualification or pursuing a recognized HR certification.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as SuccessFactors and SAP.
