Job Overview

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee Housekeeping Attendants to fulfill operational goals, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance standards meet hotel requirements. Daily Responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks to Housekeeping Attendants.
• Distribute keys and supplies to housekeeping staff.
• Participate in daily briefings and implement special directives.
• Process guest check-outs prior to marking rooms as available.
• Respond promptly to guest special requests.
• Conduct inspections using checklists to verify cleanliness, proper room supplies, and report immediate repair needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel housekeeping environment preferred.
• Familiarity with effective learning and training approaches.
• Capability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced, culturally diverse workplace.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Additional languages are advantageous.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Motivated, results-driven, and positive attitude.
