About the Role
Join our dedicated night team at IHG Hotels & Resorts to ensure guests have a safe and comfortable overnight experience. As a Night Porter, you will help maintain smooth operations during the night shift and support guests with their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests to initiate memorable stays.
- Assist with luggage handling, organize transportation, manage valet parking, and address diverse guest requests.
- Anticipate guest needs to provide personalized recommendations and service.
- Support front office and perform additional duties as necessary to enhance guest satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of an unrestricted manual driver's license.
- Physical capability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 23 kg.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests, handling both concerns and compliments.
- Resourceful problem-solving skills to transform challenges into positive experiences.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining alertness through night shifts.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, basic mathematics, and computer usage.
