• Ensure guest rooms are impeccably clean by making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and performing thorough deep cleaning as needed.
• Restock linens, towels, and guest amenities consistently in line with hotel standards.
• Manage housekeeping carts by organizing, stocking, and transporting necessary supplies daily.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guests’ requests, enhancing their overall experience.
• Support room inspections by reporting maintenance needs, lost-and-found items, and updating room statuses to supervisors.
• Strictly adhere to safety protocols, chemical handling procedures, and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe environment.
